Long Call:
1) Shambaugh & Son needs five (5) JIW's to work at the new IU Heath hospital in Fort Wayne. This call requires having a minimum of an OSHA 10 card and having proof of taking a drug screen before starting work. This call is currently on a 6-10's schedule with a 6 a.m. start time. Report ASAP. This call is paying $5 over scale.
2) Shambaugh & Son needs one (1) JIW's for a shop call. You may go to multiple local jobsites. This call is currently on a 5-8's schedule with a 6 a.m. start time. Report ASAP. This call is paying $5 over scale.
3)Tri-Venture (Superior Group/Ermco Electric/Hi-Tech Electric) needs nine (9) JIW’s to work outside at the Project Mustang Data Campus in Fort Wayne. This call requires passing a background check and drug test, having a minimum of an OSHA 10 card and having leather or leather-like safety toe boots. You must have a cell phone and a current email address to complete onboarding. This call is on a 5-10’s and an 8 schedule with possible Sunday work. You must work 34 straight-time hrs. to be eligible to work Sunday. This call is paying $10 over JIW scale, and all overtime is paid as double-time. The start time is 7 a.m. Report Thursday, December the 18th.
4) Shambaugh & Son need two (2) JIW's to work at Soejin in Roanoke, IN. This call is currently on a 5-8's schedule with a 7 a.m. start time. This call is paying $5 over the JIW scale. Report ASAP.
5) Michels Power needs two (2) JIW’s to work at the Project Mustang Data Campus. Must be able to pass a background check and drug test, have a minimum of an OSHA 10 cards and have leather or leather-like safety toe boots. Must have a current email address and a cell phone to complete onboarding. This call is working a 5-10’s and an 8 schedule with a 7 a.m. start time. This is outside work. This call is paying $10 over JIW scale and all overtime is paid as double time. Report on December 18th.
6) Conti Electric needs nine (9) JIW for a shutdown at the GM Truck plant in Fort Wayne. This is a day shift call for the Body Shop. This call will be working 7 days a week and 10 to 12 hrs. a day. This call will be paying foreman's rate and a $150 a day incentive if all hours are worked on that day. There will be an orientation at the 305 Union Hall on Thursday the 18th @ 9:30 a.m. and then starting work on Friday the 19th at 7 a.m.
7) Conti Electric needs one (1) JIW's for a shutdown at the GM Truck plant in Fort Wayne. This is a night shift call for the Body Shop. This call will be working 7 days a week and 10 to 12 hrs. a day. This call will be paying foreman's rate and a $200 a day incentive if all hours are worked on that day. There will be an orientation at the 305 Union Hall on Thursday the 18th @ 1:00 p.m. and then starting work on Friday the 19th at 7 p.m.
8) Conti Electric needs thirty-seven (37) JIW for a shutdown at the GM Truck plant in Fort Wayne. This is a day shift call for the General Assembly. This call will be working 7 days a week and 10 to 12 hrs. a day. This call will be paying foreman's rate and a $150 a day incentive if all hours are worked on that day. There will be an orientation at the 305 Union Hall on Friday the 19th @ 9:30 a.m. and then starting work on Saturday the 20th at 7 a.m.

13) Shambaugh & Son needs one (1) JIW to work at Parkview Heath Randallia campus. This call is working 5-8's and is paying $5 over the JIW scale. Report Dec. thee 23rd.
Short Calls: Short calls in 305 are 14 calendar days or less.
